About Me

Thomas
A Buddhist monk for nearly twenty five years, a meditation teacher that gave instruction to about 40,000 people during that time. I practiced deep meditation as a recluse – a forest monk - in jungles and caves of Cambodia, Burma, Thailand, and Laos. After having an inner, transformative, illuminative experience, I have now returned to full communion in the Catholic church. I have withdrawn from the monastery but how shall I live now, for the benefit of all beings?
